Be the change!
Change your thinking. Change your actions.
Change your world.
Therapy and the science of behavior come together.
Designed to help you create real, lasting change.
Time to Put Yourself First
Every day, you wake up hoping today will be different. Hoping something—anything—will change but by nightfall, the same exhausting patterns remain. If this sounds familiar, it’s time for something new.
You deserve to feel seen, heard, and supported. Your needs are important—and learning how to care for yourself isn’t selfish, it’s essential.
When You’re Feeling…
- Stuck in obsessive thoughts you can’t turn off
- Controlled by habits like skin picking, hair pulling, or other repetitive behaviors
- Frustrated or embarrassed by tics or urges you can’t explain
- Unhappy, overwhelmed, or emotionally drained
- Anxious, restless, or constantly on edge
- Unmotivated and unsure how to move forward
- Just… so very tired
You are not alone—and you don’t have to stay stuck. Something can give. And that something can be the start of real change.
What If You Could…
- Quiet your mind and break free from obsessive thought loops
- Feel more in control of your body and behaviors
- Reduce tics and repetitive habits with strategies that actually work
- Let go of shame and replace it with understanding and self-compassion
- Wake up feeling calm, confident, and capable
- Build a life grounded in clarity, purpose, and emotional balance
These aren’t distant dreams—they’re within reach, with the right support and tools.
New Beginning Starts Here
Change is often hard at first, messy in the middle, and beautiful by the end. My approach is called action therapy—because real change comes from doing, not just talking.
What to Expect
- Identify what’s holding you back
- Set clear, meaningful goals
- Create weekly action steps
- Develop powerful coping and learning strategies
- Build skills that help you move through life with confidence
You’ll experience growth that feels natural, sustainable, and empowering.
Let’s Move Forward—Together
Change and forward momentum will become your new normal. You’ll gain the tools to manage challenges on your own and become your own best support system
Because you are worth it. And this time, it’s your turn.
The secret of change is to focus all of your energy not on fighting the old, but on building the new.

Hi, I’m Colleen.

Colleen McCormick, M.A., BCBA, LBA-CT
Who I Am
I’m a seasoned Behavior Analyst and educator with a passion for helping people overcome challenges and create meaningful, lasting change. I work with individuals and families to offer psychoeducation, understanding, and support in building plans to access healthier patterns across all areas of life.
What I Do
I analyze behavior through a scientific lens—looking at thought patterns, environmental influences, and the consequences of actions. This process helps uncover what’s driving your current behaviors so we can build positive, lasting change for:
-
Obsessive thoughts and compulsive actions
-
Simple or complex tics
- Body-focused repetitive actions
- General worries to specific phobias
- Parenting challenges
My Approach
Behavior analysis is an active, hands-on therapy—not just talk.
We use proven strategies to replace unhelpful behaviors and reactions (mental, emotional, or physical) with healthier, more adaptive alternatives.
You won’t just lie on a couch and talk.
You’ll take action, learn new skills, and start creating real change in your life.
The goal is to fill your toolbox with practical strategies so you feel confident managing challenges on your own, now and in the future.
Why I Do This Work
Over the years, I’ve discovered that my true purpose is helping others overcome life’s barriers. I strive to inspire hope, provide guidance, and be the reason someone doesn’t give up.
